A cozy and fluffy shawl with an interesting design thah is fun to knit is the perfect accessory for the changeable spring weather. The shawl is called Fruehling for Spring in German. The shawl has crescent shape, beginning in the middle of the top and working increases at the edge stitches. Beginning with Garter Stitch gives time to become confident with the shawl shaping before the Lace section starts and brings a lot of change into the project. The alternation between Garter Stitch and Lace sections makes the pattern fun and very interesting to work. Edge stitches are knitted with Garter Stitch.
