This pattern features the Overlay Mosaic technique, which uses two basic crochet stitches to create a thick fabric featuring a picture or intricate design. This pattern will create a reverse image of the design on the back of the blanket.
The blanket is worked with the right side facing at all times. Each row is started on the right and worked to the left, then finished off at the end. There are no color changes within the body of the blanket.
This pattern is beginner friendly, as it explains how to do mosaic (even if you’ve never done it before)! It includes a chart and instructions for reading the chart. It ALSO includes written instructions for the pattern if charts are not your thing!
