Arches reach for the sky. The light pours through the windows and reaches the floor tiles, coloring them in hundreds of joyful shades. All is silent. The filtered sun gently warms us, warping us in a soft and comfortable blanket. We can rest assured that all is well. Glasmålning means “stained glass” in Swedish. The Glasmålning cowl is inspired by the colorful and modern stained glass windows found in some Swedish churches. The cowl is worked with all-over lace patterns complementing each other and forming diamonds and arches. The asymmetric edgings add flare by creating waves at the bottom and peaks at the top. Take the time to enjoy your crafting and watch the patterns slowly take shape on your needles.
The Glasmålning cowl is suited for gradient, solid, semi-solid or speckled yarns.
