The Goldstone Cradigan was inspired by my love for 1970s fashion and so I created a versatile wrap cardigan with a sailor collar. The wide stripes can be interpreted in a number of different ways for a unique look; 7 colours just like the original or just 2 colours! Gradient and hand-dyed yarns give even more options to play with so let your imagination go wild!
This pattern is written using UK terminology however a handy list of US equivalents is provided for reference.
The front and back pieces are worked flat, back and forth and from bottom to top. These pieces are then seamed together before working the hem, front band and collar. The sleeves are worked last in turned rounds.
Written for sizes XS-XL, there is approx. 7-9" of positive ease for each size in this pattern, so choose your size based on how you would like it to fit
