Détails du produit

The Heliades from Greek mythology were also know as “The Daughters of the Sun.” They were turned to poplar trees when they gathered to mourn their brother after he was struck down by Zeus. Lace leaves border this shawl and the mesh body provides a great background for the leaves to pop. The beaded border sparkles in the light of the sun.

This shawl is worked from the top down, beginning with a garter tab. The beads are added to the border using a small crochet hook. The size of the shawl can be increased by using thicker yarn and/or larger needles. Both written and charted instructions are included, along with a photo tutorial for adding the beads.
