Baby Dress – PDF Knitting Pattern
Our Hermione Baby Dress, Cardigan and Headband pattern contains knitting instructions to make a baby outfit featuring a combination of moss stitch and stocking stitch.
It will fit a chest size of 14-18” which is approximately Premature to 12 months. The dress takes 1 x 100g ball of yarn and 2 buttons. The cardigan takes 1 x 100g ball of yarn and 5 buttons for the first size, but 6 buttons for the other two sizes. The headband takes 0.5 balls of yarn. 1 ball of contrast colour is needed for each of the sizes.
The pattern is an easy knit suitable for a beginner with some knitting experience of combinations of knit and purl stitches.
The yarn I used for this baby knitting pattern was a shade of King Cole Baby Safe DK.
You will also need 3.5mm and 4mm straight needles.
