This beautiful bee and the hive blanket design popped into my head whilst I was walking around the garden with my granddaughter Adeline.
It is made up of US single crochets and puff stitches or bobble stitches. There is a reference to the UK stitch term within the pattern notes.

To make this pattern you will need a size 4 mm hook with dk light yarn if you're wanting to use a thicker yarn i would suggest going up in hook sizes ( this is also stated within the pattern notes ) yarn scissors and a yarn needle, I used Paintbox yarns simply dk in the shade Banana Cream 120 for the main blanket colour and White 100 for
