This set of 3 cowls showcases a beautiful stitch pattern in three different sizes. They are stylish gifts, or cosy knits to make for yourself. These are great first projects to try working in the round since there is nothing in the knitting to complicate matters. For intermediate knitters, the developing stitch pattern will keep you interested.

Choose a yarn with great stitch definition and a solid colour for best effect. Avoid darker shades if you want to show off the textured zig-zags clearly.
The cowls have been worked at slightly looser than ball band tension, to achieve a drapier fabric.
