Inise

Inise is my first sock design in collaboration with the Lamana yarn company. I feel honoured that I was able to try out their first sock yarn, Merida, in the colourway Copper. This noble, virgin wool and silk blend yarn has everything that a long-lasting knitwear needs: durability, softness, and flexibility, and it comes in so many beautiful colours, which makes it difficult to choose. I recommend it not only for your sock projects but also, for example, children clothes, which need to be sturdy and easy to care for!

The socks are knitted from the cuff down to the toe, and feature the Estonian Cast-on, this time using only one strand of yarn, and a decorative cable pattern. Enjoy!
