Despite Jürgen’s size, simple shaping techniques make it easy to keep track of where you are in the pattern. They also ensure that your huggable slug's fabulous frill curls up all by itself! Beet(root) that!
All the pieces are knitted flat and seamed afterwards so it's a good idea to seam and stuff the pieces as you go along. Alternatively, with the exception of the base and the bow tie, every piece can be knitted in the round.
