This is a pair of socks for the adventurous knitter. First you make a collection of knitted circles. The circles are the joined together in rows to form the leg of the sock. Once this has been achieved you then pick up around the top edge to work your cuff and the lower edge to work your foot. Knitting the circles in a spray dyed yarn provides a beautiful range of colours and this is a truly exciting sock project to work on.

- A postal cylinder is very handy for making up these socks as it has about the same diameter as the average calf and is useful for pinning the circles.
