This is given as a recipe. Choose your yarn (I suggest a bulky cotton) and needles. Swatch. And just follow the recipe for a perfect fitting cool lacey summer top.
This top is also knit using the contiguous style for the sleeve cap/armhole shaping. It is knit as all one piece after you finish the neckline. for more info on contiguous check this blog post or the ravelry group.

This sweater does require an experienced top down sweater knitter. Or at least someone comfortable with lace and decision making!
