Kitchen Scrubbies

I created this pattern to increase my "Green Living" line. I have a strong dislike for sponges. They just creep me out, blah, all those germs, and all that mildew just from sitting overnight, Yuck! So to solve this issue I started making my own scrubbies. When Hobby Lobby came out with their Scrubology line I was so excited that I could get a semi absorbant scrubbie and I can reuse them! When they get dirty (at the end of the day; 'cough') just throw them in the laundry and wash them! And they are Awesome, and husband approved!

If you do not have access to the recomended yarn, you can absolutely combine your favorite absorbant yarn and scrubby yarn together to get the same effect. Worked from the center beginning with a magic circle then out 3 rounds. I give instructions for the more difficult stitches. They can be used anywhere, not just the kitchen!
