This pattern is worked from the band ribbing up to top, using two strands of yarn at the same time. It is a simple pattern that only uses knit an purl stitches so it works up quickly! The pattern works up as a circular tube with the top open to be gathered/cinched closed to create the texture at the top. The pattern can be increased/decreased with multiples of 4 sts.
