I was inspired by a crochet lace cardigan that my daughter bought in Tasmania. The concept of Irish lace crochet is exciting!
My first project with this design was a small pink water bottle holder, with one flower on the bottom and four around the sides. It was the first thing I sold at a market, which was a great thrill.
The scarf was made with 50 flowers and took a lot of work.
I used cotton, but you could also use a soft polyester.
