I designed this hat while working in the large kitchen of Mcmurdo Station Antarctica. Head covering was required and I didn't want to wear the baseball cap given. It became my favorite outside the kitchen too.
Sizes: adult 22", (childs 16.5")Yarn: adult uses approximately 180 yards of a worsted weight wool or cotton. 3 color hat: 40 yards of color A and color C.100 yards of color B. 2 color hat: 40 yards of color of color C. 140 yards of color A (child uses the same yardage of a sport weight.)
