If you are like us at Frugal Haus, you are not too happy knitting on double pointed needles. Here is an easy mitten pattern, using single point needles, and making the thumb part it is a breeze! In sizes small, medium and large will fit children and adults to most sizes. Use up any color you want. You will love this pattern for ease in knitting and will want to knit up extra pairs too! Children generally lose their mittens, so we always suggest knitting mittens in sets of 3. That way, there is an extra mitten, just in same color, just in case one gets lost! Mittens fit either hand. Use worsted weight yarn, knitting needles US # 7.
