LAMBS & LULLABIES pram or cot cover knitting pattern by Georgina Manvell

This pram/basket cover measures approx 56 x 40 cm when completed in DK yarn .It can easily be adapted to fit a cot by widening the border. It even has a Fair Isle patterned reverse side.

This lovely pattern was designed by Georgina Manvell. and the pattern was first published in Home & Country magazine in June 1984 and shown at the WI Life & Leisure Exhibition at Olympia 1984. The article was called OF LAMBS AND LULLABIES.

We decided that this lovely cover deserved a fresh look and so used the same pictures in our pattern but in a new exciting format. Doesn’t it look great!!. This is exactly the same pattern as featured in Home & Country. Georgina & I ( Suzannah Holwell) now work in partnership as designers with joint copyrights under the business name of The Old Toy Knitting Shop
