The Lilac crochet shawl has a shape of a not-right triangle. It can be constructed with the base line AD straight or concaved, in a size of a shawl or a shawlette, to your choice. It is convenient to use it with a concaved AD shape as a bandana shawl around your neck.
The shawl consists of the main stitch pattern, the decorative Foliage pattern, and ribbing as a decorative element. The decorative part is composed of 3, 4, or 5 repeats of the foliage stitch pattern to your choice.
First, we study the shawl with three repeats, as shown in the picture, and in the extension, you will be offered two more additional repeats. When you make your calculations, count in the desired number of decorative repetitions.
