Little Girl Big Girl Dress

This garment’s fit is uniquely expandable. It begins as a dress for a 12 month old and can be widened to accommodate the growing child, eventually becoming a tunic fitting a child up to size 6. A ribbon or i-cord laces through the decorative side loops and creates a wonderful look that allows for the expansion of the garment as the child matures.

This is a no-sew pattern that is knit from the bottom up. Skills used are cable cast on, SSK, K2tog, yarnover,
and picking up stitches.
