I have revamped this design and I am now offering it as an (always) FREE PATTERN.
The layout and content is indicative of my other designs, the main, significant difference being that my other designs have more images.
Knitted from tip to tip, this design uses a variable stitch count pattern. Starting with 4 sts it increases in size as you knit so if you choose to use this design for a scrappy shawl or wish to substitute for a stashed yarn you have plenty of, you can just keep increasing until you are ready to bind/cast off. It features a simple icord bind off.
Quite an intuitive knit once you get going, it is also fairly economical to make. Experienced knitters will find they hardly need to refer to the pattern once they have knitted a few pattern repeats. It would make a lovely gift knit and it would also make perfect travel knitting.
