Or if you are not feeling in the mood for Valentine's Day and have a no thrills attitude you can simply crochet the collar and leave out the heart and tassels!
It is very quick to make and it was a way to reduce my stash. You can use any three yarns of a similar weight to the recommended yarns. You can also change the colour.
