A lovely linen-yarn cowl perfect for Spring and Summer wearing. This is knit in the round from the neck, mitering slightly to increase the versatility of this accessory. This can be worn a myriad of ways ... covering shoulders in a/c ... as a "necklace" to accentuate your garment ... as an off-the-shoulder wrap.
Taking approx 270 yds of sport weight 100% linen (sample used one skein of Claudia Hand-Painted in “Electric”) and US#5 needles, this cowl works up quickly.
Directions are charted with some text – but this is a pattern for experienced knitters who can read charts and can read their knitting.
