I saw a bunch of pics online of other people’s Marshmallow Mugs wearing these cute little beanie hats that were actually ornaments & knew that I HAD TO HAVE THEM! I scoured the stores all through November and December but managed to find only one...two days after Christmas.
As we were packing Christmas away, I finally noticed the back of the hat. It was seamed up the back. That means it was made flat and not on a zillion tiny dpn’s! Suddenly, I could hear the chorus of angels and actually feel the lightbulb switching on over my head!!
A week later and I have now put a small dent in my scrap yarn stash and made a plethora of Marshmallow Mug Hats for me and all my friends! I feel a side hustle coming on...
Finished hat measures about 3.75” tall x 3.5” wide when finished.
Hat is made flat & then seamed closed.
