Mermaid Tail Photography Prop

This is a PDF file for a crochet pattern to complete a fun photography prop for a professional photographer or even an amateur that just wants some fun photos. It would also make a great Halloween costume for a baby girl. (You're not able to walk in it, so it can only be used for photos or a baby that doesn't walk.)

Sizes: This pattern includes specific directions for all sizes, from doll/preemie to adult! Depending on the size you are making, it calls for varying numbers of strands of worsted weight yarn, bulky yarn, or super bulky yarn. The hook size needed also depends on size tail you are making and could be anything from "J" to "Q" (6 to 15 mm). Photos are included to show various steps in the pattern.
