These little knitted mittens are a cute way to decorate your tree for Christmas. This pattern is worked flat on single pointed needles to make it easier for beginner knitters, but you could easily convert it to knitting in the round if you prefer. The hanging loop is a single crochet chain worked on a crochet hook. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the mittens are knitted in acrylic DK yarns. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, m1 increase and k2tog decrease, and a little seaming to finish.
