This pattern is great to making last minute gift: you need a couple hours to crochet it! Also this is a great project if you have only one skein of the yarn:) I love wearing these mittens over my thin gloves, especially on long winter walks with my dog, Gina. It is very comfortable, just try it!
SizeLength: 8 in (20 cm) Great for palm circumference: 6.8-8 in (17.5-20 cm) If your hand are smaller, just use a bit thinner yarn!
Yarn: I recommend to use Super Chunky yarn (size 6). I used Pascal Adriafil yarn, 100% lana wool. Excellent texture and I love how warm this yarn is. The yarn gets a little fluffy after washing which is so cute! Using melange yarn is the easiest way to get a fun pattern!
Used stitches: slip stitch, chain, single crochet, double crochet, double crochet two stitches together.
