Numberblocks: Two!

One plus another one is two! This is the second pattern in my epic Numberblocks series. After making One, join me as I carry on my epic quest to populate Numberland….

This cuddly Two is knit in the round on 4.25/4.5 mm dpns using Aran weight yarn (although gauge isn’t important so you can substitute for a lighter weight yarn if you don’t want your Numberblocks to be too big…). The body is worked in one piece, with the face duplicate stitched on before starting the decrease rounds (chart provided). The arms/legs are knit separately and attached at the end. Mine used up about 60g of bright orange, and small, scrap amounts of purple, pink, black and white for the arms, legs and face. You’ll also need stuffing and a tapestry needle, and stitch markers are always useful to keep track of stitches (although not essential).
