This shallow, triangular shawl is worked in two parts. The shawl begins with a garter stitch triangle, which increases from the point outwards, using yarn overs and make 1 increases in the body. Stitches can then be easily picked up from the yarn over loops along the edges. The patterned border is worked outwards from the triangle. Simple and elegant, this shawl is suitable for beginner lace knitters as well as being a relaxing and satisfying project for a more experienced knitter.
