The Ocean Breeze Kimono is made from shell stitches, which are worked with 3 easy crochet stitches: chain stitch, single and double crochet. After two set up rows, you will work a repetition of only two basic rows. Those are easy to remember and make the pattern fun to work!
Additional gauge information: 10 x 10 cm are received with 11 stitches (of the initial chain stitch row, which translates into 3 shells and 3 single crochet) and 7 rows.
You should use a light yarn, because the shell stitches require a lot of yarn which can result in a very heavy garment.
