To make this pattern you will need a size 4 mm hook with dk light yarn if you're wanting to use a thicker yarn i would suggest going up in hook sizes ( this is also stated within the pattern notes ) yarn scissors and a yarn needle, I used 4 and a 3/4 100g balls of yarn to create this blanket, my testers used on average around the same also. The measurements averaged around 29 inches wide and 29 inches long, you can make it longer or shorter if preferred again this is within the pattern notes.
