Paletta Shawl

Paletta Shawl is a crescent-shaped shawl, featuring the combination of lace Honeycomb stitches, Stockinette Stitches, chain-like ridge across the Stockinette stitch and delicate and airy lace border. It is worked in one-piece top down.

Size: After blocking, approx.: 69.3” wingspan, 19.7” depth (176 cm wingspan, 50 cm depth). The final measurements depend on chosen yarn, needles size, your personal gauge and also the amount of times the pattern is repeated.

**Materials and tools:****

****Yarn:** Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend Fino (70% Merino, 30% Silk; 490 yards 448 meters/100 grams) in Corsage colourway (401) or any heavy lace, light fingering or fingering weight yarn. Total yardage - 492 - 656 yards (500 - 700 m).

Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) 32” (80 cm) or 40” (100cm) circular needles;

Knitting skills: basic knitting skills, kfb, K2tog, skp, slip knitwise, slip purlwise, wyif, wyib.
