This scarf can be made in sock or lace weight yarn.
The instructions are for two sizes but the size can easily be adjusted (yarn requirements will vary).
The scarf is knitted from the centre out using a provisional cast on.
The pattern includes fully charted and line by line written instructions. Beading the shawl is optional but it does add excellent drape to the scarf, photo tutorial showing the bead as you go techniques.
