This cowl is surprisingly very quick to knit! The Latvian Braids give eye-catching detail and interest to this pattern, and the sweet texture of the tulle stitch stripe is fun to knit without being difficult. Gauge is not crucial to the pattern. You won't use up a whole skein of either colour. If you like the look of ribbing on the bottom, there is an option to add a 3x1 rib.
