Quartz Beach

Eratta: On 5/27/24 the pattern has been updated for an error spotted affecting size 5 only.On page 7 for body divide the underarm CO should be 8 sts vs 6 sts. Also the sleeve pick up on page 8 - the pick up number should be 4 vs 3 making the total underarm pick up count 8 on each side.

Quartz Beach was worked with one strand of fingering and brushed alpaca silk held together creating a fuzziness or “halo” to the super soft fabric. This pullover has been worked top down in the round and begins with a few short rows to elevate the back neck. The simple lace pattern is worked followed by a series of raglan increases for the remainder of the yoke. Body and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch in the round. The yoke instructions are provided in both chart and written formats. The pullover can easily be modified for a longer length or long sleeves. Instructions for both are included.
