I created this pattern for my grand daughter's 18 inch (46cm) build a bear named Maddy. I have since made many more for birthdays and christmas's for her little friends. I suspect the "grown ups" have actually wanted them, if truth be told!! When I was trying to find a pattern with the raglan sleeve that I desired, I had no luck. So now I would like others to be able to knit a raglan sleeve jacket/cardigan for their grand children's bears. I have included lots of technique photos too.
If a bear has longer arms that isn't a problem and they fit most bears between 16-18 inches. Even my very old, practically bald, first teddy!
