This is a bright, fun bubbly squidgy blanket, a perfect gift for a new arrival. Although given for this size and knit in DK, in fact, as it is a blanket, it could be made in any weight of wool, and to any size…. It is very quick an easy to knit up, and the different colour blocks (which are completely interchangeable stave off any boredom. It could easily be knit in a heavier yarn, and made bigger for a full sized throw or bedspread, you could do narrower stripes and really get rid of spare lengths of yarn from your stash...... The world is your oyster!!
