Our Remi baby pattern contains knitting instructions for a V-necked jacket and hat.
This knitting pattern will fit a chest size approx 18” (approx age 6 to 12 months).
The pattern is an easy knit and suitable for a beginner with some knitting experience of combinations of knit and purl stitches.
The yarn I used for this baby knitting pattern was a solid shade of Cygnet Pato Baby DK, but will knit up in any Baby DK yarn. The complete outfit takes 2 x 100g balls for the both sizes. It will knit up in any DK yarn provided you check the tension. Please note this design works best with a solid colour due to the textured pattern. Patterns tend to get lost in variegated yarn.
You will also need 3.5mm and 4mm straight needles and buttons.
