Inspired by my love of retro pattern design, this set is a modern interpretation of vintage prints. This pattern includes two variations of the same design, one square and one hexagon, for whatever your next project might be!
The blocks are all worked in the round and always from the front, using a range of basic stitches. The download includes patterns for the square, the hexagon, and the matching half hexagon, with step by step photos and detailed written instructions for each.
The pattern is written in UK terminology, with a conversion chart to US terminology in the pattern.
Beginner: there’s nothing particularly difficult here.
You’ll need: DK/8 ply yarn in yellow, white, and green, 4mm crochet hook (US G/6), yarn needle.
Block sizes: Square - 10.5cm x 10.5cm, hexagon - 10.5cm x 11.5cm, half hexagon - 11.5cm x 5.5cm
