Sapphire Seas Mosaic Blanket

For the Sapphire Seas mosaic blanket, the mosaic crochet technique is used. Although mosaic crochet may look complicated, it is surprisingly simple. It is a simple way to create colorful patterns using multiple colors.

A mosaic pattern consists only of single crochet and double crochet stitches. Slip stitches are added for the border.

For this blanket, all rows are crocheted from right to left, and you will attach a new strand of yarn for each row. This way, there are no annoying loops on the back of the blanket. Don't worry about the number of loose ends that you see forming. They will be hidden at the end between a double border.
