A classic raglan jacket with a fitted shawl collar on a V-neckline. Cosy, lightweight, and nicely draped. Can be shaped for women or men. Choose from two working methods: (1) Select your prescribed size with a defined stitch gauge. (2) Or use the alteration instructions to personalise the pattern for your own stitch gauge, and for any adult body size and proportions.
Construction
Use a neat honeycomb mesh stitch. Working from the top downwards without seams, begin at the neckline and proceed in this order -- yolk, collar, body, edging, sleeves.
Features
Make a wearable artwork by incorporating a design in open lacework. Or make the plain jacket without lace in a fancy yarn.
