Worked in the round, Scout contains written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. Directions are for both cuff-down and toe-up. If you feel inclined to make 2 in the same direction, that’s completely acceptable, or one of each if you’re feeling particularly topsy-turvy! Scout features 4 sizes. You’ll also find a sock worksheet, so you know how to measure your foot to achieve a perfect fit. Scout has directions for an afterthought heel, but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using.
The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks, however, the pattern notes do contain details should you wish to use double pointed needles instead.
