A quick and easy pattern designed to showcase the seed stitch. Worked in the round using the magic loop method, featuring a simple lace panel and thumbhole, and designed with plenty of negative ease for a snug, cozy fit.
Gauge required:
4 ply/fingering: 32 stitches and 48 rows to 4 inches/10cm in seed stitch using 2.75mm needle.
8 ply/DK: 24 stitches and 40 rows to 4 incehs/10cm in seed stitch using 3.5mm needle.
10 ply/Worsted: 21 stitches and 32 rows to 4 inches/10cm in seed stitch using 4.5mm needle.
This pattern has been designed and tested in 3 yarn weights - 4 ply/Fingering, 8 ply/DK and 10 ply/Worsted weights.
The pair of gloves pictured was knit in Cascade 220 Superwash - Violet.
