This top-down, seamless cardigan is quick to make for a great baby gift or a charity donation. The finished chest is 20" as written, but a change in gauge by varying needles and yarn thickness can alter the size by a few inches either way.
The Yoke has an interesting but easy-to-knit lace design, which is repeated in the lower skirt. Seed stitch edging gives it additional intrigue and elegance.
