Christmas is the time of year for whatever your heart desires! Why must we restrict ourselves to the normal motifs? Why not knit a stocking with personality? Thus this pattern was born! I Love Skulls and crossbones. Also one can only knit so many trees gifts and ornaments into their knits.
This stocking pattern is whatever size you ultimately want. If you wish to have a smaller stocking, knit less stripes. For a longer stocking knit an extra stripe or two.
Please remember that you have to repeat the charts if you want the elements on both sides of the stocking. The heel is the shadow wrap heel that uses Twin and Triplet stitches.
There are tutorials to the heel that I've included in the pattern. Also included are links to colorwork tips from other designers.
