Designed to slouch at the ankle and flare over footwear these hip leg warmers are super-cute and super-easy to knit. Knitted in 1 x 1 rib they’re also super-stretchy. I used 5 mm (US 8) small circumference circular needles but you can also use a set of DPNs, magic loop method or knit back and forth on a pair of needles, sewing edges together. They’ll easily stretch to fit a calf circumference of up to 18 inches / 40 cm. The Slouchy Pop Leg Warmers shown here are 20 inches / 52 cm long.
