This is an adorable mini snowman pattern for the perfect Christmas ornament.
It is worked flat with the white body knitted as one piece. The accessories, scarf, arms, nose, etc are worked separately and then attached.
The sample was knit with Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift (100% Pure Shetland Wool) with the colours Tartan, Eesit (white), Leather, Pumpkin and Black. However almost any type of yarn type and weight is suitable.
The arms of the snowman are made by working a simple crochet chain which can be done by hand.
