Starlight comprise two variations of a seam-free yoked jumper. The colour-work stripe is deceptively easy with just one two coloured row in five and there is a minimum of yarns to sew in as these can be carried upwards. There is an optional neck fastening for ease of dressing. Instructions which include a chart range from 6 months to 9 years. I used Drops Cotton Merino for the star design and a pure wool superwash for the striped version but the latter is ideal for using up small amounts of yarn and for those who want to explore their own colourways. You can use any DK yarn with a gauge of 22 x 28 sts to 10 cms with this pattern. I have given suggested colours and amounts of yarn from the Debbie Bliss Rialto DK.
