Star Nursery Collection (blanket, bib-short, hat, bunting and cube)

The fun star chunky nursery collection is the perfect starting point for co-ordinating the nursery.  The collection begins with a straight forward knitted toy cube with rattle (optional), hat and bunting, then progresses onto a blanket and bib-short with star motif.  This collection is worked mainly in stocking stitch, with garter stitch ribs.  The bunting pattern introduces you to basics of shaping, making this pattern ideal for advanced beginners.   If you are unsure about knitting the star pattern, start with the cube to test your colour changing skills.  The designs look great in any colour and if you have a stash of yarn, the stars can be worked in multiple colours.
