Stina-Fina is knit sideways and designed for no seaming (ok, perhaps a few stitches on the shoulder).
- Seamless
- Knit sideways in two pieces
- Pieces are joined by a 3-needle cast off to make a textured 'seam' centre front & centre back
- Sleeves picked up and knitted top down using magic loop (contrast yarn knitted into body as place-holder for sleeves like for gusset-less thumbs on mitts)
- Self-edging for neckline and bottom edging
- Rolled cuffs
- Buttons on one or both shoulders
- Triangle can be omitted
Gauge/tension: 22 sts x 32 rows on 4 mm needles in stocking stitch = 10 cm / 4 in
